That it is learnt that the appellants in this case is dead on 22.06.2014. The death certificate has been received from the Appellant's brother Sh. Dilip Mangesh Nabar R/s at D/443, Mahendra & Mahendra CHS Ltd., Shrikrishna Nagar, Borovali (East), Mumbai 400 066. The death Certificate Vide Registration No.74178310 of the appellant is verified by Medical Officer of Health, R/Central Ward, AJN

It is, therefore, submitting herewith the original copy of Death Certificate of Sh. Ramkrishna Mangesh Nabar vide Registration No.741781310 and Letter given by Medical Officer fo Health, R/Central Ward, Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai, Public Health Department, Vide A.C.

R/C/300/MOH."

In view of the aforesaid statement, the Appeal stands abated particularly when the family members of the Appellant have not come forward to prosecute the Appeal though the conviction was for an offence punishable under the provisions of the Prevention of Corruption Act.

In absence of any leave to continue the Appeal, the Appeal is dismissed as being abated.
