At the outset, learned A.P.P. on instructions from Mr. Bhabal, Police Sub Inspector attached to Dongri Police Station, Mumbai, submitted that, the Petitioners have been acquitted from the offences alleged against them by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 70th Court, Mazgaon, Mumbai, in C.C. No.7000057/PW/2022 by its Judgment and Order dated 19.01.2022. He tendered across the bar a photo copy of said Judgment. 2.

In view of the above, present Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
