Learned counsel for Respondent Nos.1 to 5 submits that during the pendency of this petition, Regular Civil Suit No.193 of 2014 before the Civil Judge, Junior Division, Pune, from which this petition arises, has been disposed of, in terms of the consent terms placed at Exhibit 62 of file of the Trial Court. The consent terms have been accepted by the Trial Court and a decree to that effect has been drawn up on 11.04.2019. The said consent terms is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The present petitioners challenge an order rejecting a temporary injunction sought by the plaintiffs in the said suit does not survive.
