Learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.6 states that the impugned order is already implemented and in support of this statement, he tenders a copy of the letter dated 1st February, 2018 from the City Survey officer to the respondent no.6. The statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent no.6 is accepted. Along with the said letter, the authority has also annexed the plan showing demarcation of the plot which is already carried out. 2.
