We have heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioners at length. The following prayer is made by the Petitioners in the present Writ Petition:

"a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue direction to the Respondents-PWD, Maharashtra to continue with the process initiated for promotion to Executive Engineers from the seniority list published on 17th August 2015 without any impediment following the order of stay dated 14th September, 2022 granted by the Hon'ble MAT, Mumbai in O.A. No.53/2015, O.A. No.912/2015 & O.A. No.1078/2016."

It is not disputed that the Petitioners are already added as parties in the Original Application pending before the Tribunal. It is submitted that now by SUDARSHAN RAJALINGAM KATKAM Date:

The grievance of the Petitioners is that the seniority list involved in the Original Application pending before the Tribunal is different than the seniority list of 17 August 2015.

The Petitioners have already added as parties in the Original Application filed before the Tribunal. It is for the Petitioners to contend their stand before the Tribunal.
