a) Delay in filing written statement by defendant no.1 is condoned and same to be filed and served on other side within two weeks from today. b) Defendant No.1 to pay cost of Rs.15,000/- to the plaintiff or their Advocate within two weeks from today, failing which the matter shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.
