Learned counsel for applicant submits that in the operative part of the order dated 15th March 2018, inadvertently it is mentioned as "In the event of arrest of applicant", which needs to be deleted as the application is for grant of bail under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. and is finally decided. In that view of the matter, sentence "In the event of arrest of applicant" mentioned in paragraph No.(i) of the operative part of the order dated 15th March 2018, be substituted with "Applicant shall be released on bail".
