Rule made returnable forthwith and heard finally. We are inclined to dispose of the above petitions as this Court, after hearing all parties in similarly situated matters bearing writ petition nos.11177 of 2013, 11178 of 2013, 11179 of 2013, 11584 of 2013, 11586 of 2013, wherein the same issues were involved, allowed the petitions in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) by an order dated 8th October 2014 and the orders are annexed at Exh.'I' collectively to writ petition no. 2723 of 2015, Exh.'H' collectively to writ petition no. 2725 of 2015 and writ petition no. 2724 of 2015 respectively, Exh. 'J' collectively to writ petition no.2726 of 2015 and Exh. 'G' collectively in writ petition no.2855 of 2015. In those matters all respondents were common and same. Therefore in the interest of justice and as the petitioners in the above petitions are similarly placed, we are inclined to direct respondent no.2 to take decision on the proposal 2/3

submitted by the Head Master of the same school regarding the approval of the respective petitioner no.1 as 'Assistant Teacher' and issue appropriate orders accordingly as early as possible within six weeks. The petitions are accordingly disposed of with liberty. No costs. All parties to act on an ordinary copy of this order duly authenticated by the registry.
