The learned APP submits that the applicant herein has been convicted in MCOC Case No.14 of 2011 and has been sentenced to imprisonment for life. The applicant is seeking enlargement on bail in Crime No.32 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 195A, 201 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

Taking into consideration the fact that the applicant has been convicted in the principal offence and that there are observations by the learned Sessions Court in respect of the conduct of the accused for which he is being prosecuted under sections 195A, 201 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, it would not be appropriate to consider this
