None had appeared on behalf of the petitioner on 15/02/2022. None has appeared even today. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the petition. The order passed by the trial Court reveals that the petitioner was directed to be kept at Rescue Foundation for three months for rehabilitation and vocational training. It is further observed that after completion of the said period of three months, she be released on giving undertaking by her that she will not indulge herself in any immoral activities in prescribed Form I as per Rules. The order of the trial Court is dated 04/11/2019. The Sessions Court on 18/12/2019 dismissed the Appeal filed by the petitioner against the order of the trial Court. The passage
