Petition is disposed of accordingly. Civil Application No. 715 of 2017 does not survive and is disposed of.

Needless to mention that the respondent no.2 - Corporation would follow the procedure in respect of the demolition of the subject building in accordance with the norms/guidelines and in accordance with law.
