This Civil Application is preferred by the State of Maharashtra for recalling the exparte order dated 24th December, 2014 passed by this Court in Civil Application No.1516 of 2014. 3.

Learned counsel Mr. Shishir Joshi, appearing for Respondent No.1 makes a statement that as per order dated 24th December, 2014 in Civil Application 1516 of 2014, they made an application before Respondent No.3 for allowing them to construct a wall. That application was rejected by the 1/2

Considering the subsequent development in the present matter, I do not find any substance in the present Civil Application, hence the same is dismissed.
