This petition can be disposed of on a short count. 2.

On the basis of a complaint lodged by the petitioner, the private respondents, who are the members of Respondent No.4Society, have been disqualified on account of alleged non-attendance in three consecutive managing committee meetings. Admittedly, that order is subject matter of challenge at the instance of the private by Vinayak P.

11 - WP. 966-2020 hearing", which order is subject matter of challenge in this petition.. It is the common submission that the revision application is fixed for final hearing on 10th February 2020. In such circumstances, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the hearing of the revision application may be expedited. The prayer appears to be innocuous and reasonable. In these circumstances, following order is passed.

ORDER

(i) The learned Divisional Joint Registrar shall decide the revision application, on its own merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within six weeks from the receipt hereof.

(ii) Rival contentions of the parties, on merits, are left open. (iii) The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. Sd/- C. V. BHADANG, J.
