The primary grievance in the Petition is that Petitioner was not allowed to contest the elections. Ms.Solunke for Respondent Nos.1 and 2, Mr.Patil Bankar for Respondent No.3, and Mr.Sarang Aradhye for Respondent No.4 state that the election is already over, and, therefore, this Petition has become infructuous.

Petition therefore disposed, as infructuous.
