1) This is an application for relaxation of condition imposed upon the applicant by an order dated 1.4.2016 while releasing the applicant on pre-arrest bail.

2) While releasing the applicant on pre arrest bail a condition is imposed that, the applicant shall attend the Hill Line Police Station, Ulhasnagar on every Monday between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. till filing of the charge sheet. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that till date charge sheet is not submitted. The learned APP on instructions submitted that the Investigating agency has submitted a proposal for filing of the charge sheet to Department of Women and Child Welfare however, till date sanction is not received by it. The record reveals that the applicant has complied with the

2/2 APPP-19-17-30 said condition since the date of the order.

3) In view of the above, the condition to attend the police station on every Monday is hereby relaxed and the applicant is hereby directed to attend the concerned police station on every first Monday of the month between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. till filing of the charge sheet.

4) Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. 4) All the concerned to act on a copy of this order duly authenticated by the registry of this Court.
