This petition challenges the concurrent findings of the Labour Court, as well as, the Industrial Court as regards the retrenchment of the petitioner from service by the respondent. Both the Courts have found that, considering the seniority of the petitioner in service, her retrenchment was legal and correct. Perused the orders of the Labour Court, as well as, the Industrial Court in the Revision Application. In view of the place of the petitioner in the seniority list, the orders of the Courts below are completely justified. The petition is therefore dismissed.
