Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGP for the State.

The petition is filed seeking direction to the respondent No.4 to consider the petitioners' representation dated 8th January, 2018, a copy of which is annexed at page 15. The learned AGP pointed out that this representation is addressed to the Sub-Divisional Officer, SubDivision Khed, Taluka - Khed, Pune and not to the respondent No.4. 3.
In the above circumstances, we deem it convenient to dispose of the petition by granting liberty to the petitioners to approach the respondent No.4 - Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad - Pune, by way Shubhada S Kadam 1/2
11 wp 491.18.doc of representation regarding the grievance made in the petition, and in the event, such representation is made within a period of one week from today, the respondent No.4 - Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad - Pune, shall decide the same as expeditiously as possible and within a period of two weeks from the date of filing of the same. Ordered accordingly.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the petitioners' contention and the respondent No.4 - Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad - Pune, shall decide the said representation independently on its own merits and in accordance with law after hearing all concerned.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
