DATED : 20 FEBRUARY 2023 P.C. :- The learned APP submits that the trial is almost over. In view thereof, I am not inclined to entertain the present application. However, considering the fact that the applicant is in jail for about four years, the trial Court shall endevour to conclude the trial as early as possible. In case the trial is not concluded within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, the applicant is at liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the trial Court. The application is disposed of in aforesaid terms.
