Both the Applicants are seeking regular bail in Crime No. 303 of 2018 for an offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 304-B, 306, 302, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code. After arrest of the Applicant No.1 on 25th July 2018 and Applicant No.2 on 29th August 2018, both the Applicants were chargesheeted. 2.
The prayer for bail is opposed by the learned APP pursuant to the presumption provided under Section 113 (A) and (B) of the Evidence Act.

In view of the opinion rendered by the doctors as regards cause of death that the death is more likely to be suicidal and the fact that the Applicants are behind bars for more than six months, a case for grant of bail is made out. Hence, the following order.
ORDER
(A) Both the Applicants be released on bail in Crime No. 303 of 2018 for an offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 304-B, 306, 302, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code on executing PR Bond of Rs. 25,000/- with one surety each in the like amount.
(B) Both the Applicants shall neither tamper the evidence of prosecution nor influence the prosecution witnesses. 4.
