P.C:- Appeal Nos.69 of 2017 and 73 of 2017 are pending since 2017. The appellate court has directed the parties to the appeal to file affidavit in terms of Apex Court directions in case of Rajnesh vs. Neha And Anr.1. According to learned Advocate for the Petitioner, the Petitioner, in fact, is not liable to pay any amount of maintenance. According to this Court, that is a matter to be decided by the appellate court. Both the Advocates now come around to dispose of this petition with a direction to the appellate court to decide both the appeals within a time-frame of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

The appellate court is therefore, requested to decide Appeal Nos.69 of 2017 and 73 of 2017 within time-frame. All the contentions are kept open.
