By a reasoned Order dated 12.01.2018, the Applicant was granted interim relief and was directed to attend the Investigating Officer on stipulated dates, to join the process of investigation.

Perused the record of investigation.

The record indicates that the Applicant has joined the process of investigation and has attended the Investigating Officer and co-operated in the process of investigation. After taking into consideration, the peculiar facts of the present case, this Court is of the view that the custodial interrogation of the Applicant for further investigation of the present crime is not necessary. In view thereof, the interim relief granted by Order dated 12.01.2018 is hereby confirmed. However, the condition to attend the Investigating Officer is Sneha Chavan 1/2
