This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing the criminal appeal challenging the judgment and order dated 11th October 2018 passed by Metropolitan Magistrate, 33rd Court, Ballard Pier, Mumbai thereby acquitting the accused of the offence punishable under Section 138 read with 141 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.
