The application is filed for restoration of the Writ Petition No.3611 of 2015. The said petition was dismissed in default by the order dated 23.08.2018 as the petitioner did not remain present on two occasions. The petitioner has not given any justification for his absence when the said writ petition was called for. We are not inclined to interfere in this application and accordingly the same is dismissed.
