We have heard learned advocates for the parties. 2.

Considering the factual position that the petitioner has accepted invalidation of his caste claim by the Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee and seeks only implementation of the Government Resolution to the effect that a Government employee whose service has been terminated because of invalidation of caste claim would be placed on a supernumerary post for 11 months, we are of the considered opinion that the petitioner's remedy lies before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal (hereafter "the Tribunal", for short) at the first instance.

The writ petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to move the Tribunal in accordance with law. J.V.Salunke,PS
