The Petitioner has apprehension that her daughter-in-law will assault her. They are residing together. The Petitioner refers to the provisions of Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007. Learned counsel for the third Respondent submits that some proceedings are pending in the Family Court, Vadgaon Maval, Pune District under Domestic Violence Act. The Police have registered a crime.
