1] The record indicates that, in view of admission given by the respondent No.1 in his Affidavit-in-Reply dated 3rd August 2018 that the arrears of salary of the petitioner was about Rs.5,80,270/-, the respondent Nos.1 and 2 have paid the said amount to the petitioner. After payment of the said amount, it appears that, the alleged contempt has been purged by the respondents.

2] In view thereof, nothing survives in the present Petition and is accordingly disposed off.

3] It is needless to mention that, the petitioner is at liberty to agitate her other grievances by adopting appropriate legal proceedings, if so advised.
