Learned counsel for the Petitioner makes a statement that, during the pendency of the Petition, the Petitioner has been granted Caste Certificate for the Caste "Koli Mahadev" by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Alibag. Copy of the said Caste Certificate is placed on record. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that, in view of grant of the said Caste Certificate, this Petition has become infructuous and, therefore, he seeks leave to withdraw this Petition. Leave is granted. 2.
