There is a statement made on oath by the Petitioner, that on enquiries in the village,he came to know that Respondent No. 1 is absconding since last about 30 years and Petitioner is not known the address of Respondent No. 1.

In view of the same, Civil Application is allowed. Issue notice to Respondent No. 1 in the local daily newspaper of Satara District returnable within eight weeks i.e. 03.04.2017.
