They have settled the claim for Rs.6,55,000/- (Rupees six lacs fifty five thousand only) as full and final settlement of the claim. Out of the amount already deposited by the appellant, respondents are entitled to withdraw the amount of Rs.6,55,000/-. The appellant is entitled to withdraw balance amount with accrued interest. The statutory deposit be transferred to the Tribunal which appellant is entitled to withdraw. The appeal stands disposed of in terms of consent terms Exh.X along with application if any.
