P.C.:- 1) Learned APP on instructions in writing from Mr. M. K. Khandare, Senior Inspector of Police, Vishnu Nagar Police Station, Dombivli (W) submitted that, after completion of investigation of present crime, police have submitted 'B-Summary Report' in the Court of J.M.F.C. (Court No.4), Kalyan, on 14th September 2023. The said Report is numbered as No.1/2023 and the trial Court has issued notice to the Informant in the said Report.
