Heard. This petition is filed seeking direction to the respondent to hold necessary inquiry against the officer named in the complaint dated 08.01.2015. We have perused the document at page 10, Exh.A to the petition. On perusal of the same, it is found that there is no complaint filed by the petitioner. The petitioner is relying upon his advocates notice, which is not the complaint or FIR within the meaning of Section 154 of the Cr.P.C. Hence, no direction as prayed for can be given. Uday S. Jagtap
