Mr. Patil, the learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, states that the Writ Petition has not become infructuous. He invited our attention to the prayer clause (a) of the Writ Petition seeking an order and direction against the Respondents to sanction fresh staff schedule of the Petitioner School for Standards 6th to 8th for the year 201415. He also invited our attention to the directives/letter dated 30th July, 2019 issued by the Education Officer (Secondary) Zilla Parishad, Nashik to the Director of Education (Primary & Secondary), Pune requesting to rectify the staffing pattern for the academic year 2014-15.

Mrs. Bhende, the learned AGP for the State states that the said direction dated 30th July, 2019 and the requisition made in the said letter dated letter 30th July, 2019 by the Education Officer (Secondary) must have been complied with by this date.

Mr. Patil, the learned counsel for the Petitioner reiterates the statement that the requests/directives issued in the said letter has not been complied till date. The said statement is accepted. 4.

If the request made in the said letter dated 30th July, 2019 by the Education Officer (Secondary) is not complied with till date, the same shall be complied with within four weeks from today. The Respondents shall also make the consequential changes in the staffing pattern for the subsequent years.

If any details or documents are required to be submitted by the Petitioner for effectively giving effect to this order, the Petitioner shall comply the same within two weeks from today.

Writ Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
