Mr. Patil, learned APP, on instructions from Additional Senior Jailor, Mumbai Central Prison submitted that, the Petitioner has been convicted in Special Case No. 402 of 2015 by the Sessions Court at Mumbai and sentenced to undergo 10 years of rigorous imprisonment. That, the Petitioner has now been transferred to Nagpur Central Prison for undergoing sentence.

In view thereof, present Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
