List suo motu Contempt Petition No. 11 of 2016 and Contempt Petition No. 210 of 2018 along with Public Interest Litigation No. 155 of 2011 (Suswarajya Foundation, Satara & Anr vs. The Collector, Satara & Anr.) on 13th June 2022. 2.
We require the Director of Municipal Administration as well as the Commissioners of all Municipal Corporations and the Chief Officers of all Municipal Councils in the State of Maharashtra, who were the respondents in Public Interest
Litigation No. 155 of 2011, to file separate affidavits and plead compliance of the order passed by this Court on 31st January 2017 with specific particulars of action taken against illegal hoardings, advertisement boards, banners, etc. 3.
Since we find that various political parties were also impleaded as respondents in Public Interest Litigation No. 155 of 2011 and that they are not represented today, we permit the learned advocate on record for the petitioner to serve notice on all such political parties informing them the next date of listing.

We are also informed that several Municipal Councils or Municipal Corporations are not represented today. 5.
In such view of the matter, we direct the Director of Municipal Administration to forward a copy of this order to each of the Municipal Commissioners of the Municipal Corporations and the Chief Officers of the Municipal Councils by Friday (6th May 2022) so that the requisite affidavits can be placed on record by the next date.
