The Applicant herein has filed Anticipatory Bail Application No.19 of 2017. The application seeking pre-arrest bail filed by the present Applicant was rejected on 19 December, 2016 by the learned Sessions Judge. Without going into the merits of the matter, due to paucity of time, this Court had extended the same relief till 24 January, 2017. Today, the Applicant has moved an application seeking the relief of relaxation of one of the condition and seeks liberty to travel to Surat and stay there for a period of four days, to attend the marriage of family friend. 916.appp.20.2017.doc liberty is granted. The Applicant is hereby granted permission to travel to Surat on 16 January, 2017 and shall return on 20 January, 2017. The Applicant shall mark his presence before the Special Investigating Team of Colaba on 21 January, 2017 before 5.00 p.m. The Application No.20 of 2017 in Anticipatory Bail Application No.19 of 2017 stands disposed of. The parties to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
