Order dated 6th December, 2017 passed in Revision Application No.TNC/REV/157/2007/SS by the learned Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Bench at Pune is set aside. It is made clear that this court has not set aside the order dated 26th April, 2006 granting permission in favour of the petitioner under section 43 of the Maharashtra Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1948.

Writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
