Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith. By consent, the Writ Petition is heard finally and decided at the stage of admission. 2.
In this Writ Petition, the action of sealing six rooms, i.e., room nos. 101, 103, 104, 106, 107, 108 is challenged before this Court along with the order dated 15th December, 2018 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-4, Solapur rejecting the prayer of releasing the rooms.

The learned APP Mr. Patil, on instructions from the police, fairly submitted that no notice under section 18 of Immoral Traffic
9.WP155_2019 .doc (Prevention) Act was issued. The police are required to follow the procedure under section 18 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act before taking steps of sealing the premises.

In the present case, there is neither the notice nor the order of learned Magistrate, therefore, the order dated 15th December, 2018 passed below Exhibits 61 & 50 is set aside and allow the Application at Exhibit 50 and 61 filed by the petitioner in Sessions Case No. 22 of 2018. The rooms are to be opened. 5.
Writ Petition is disposed of.
