The petitioner has raised an apprehension that respondent would evict the petitioner from premises by demolishing the subject property as described in the prayer clause (a) of the petition. The petitioner claims that he is covered under the SRA scheme and in case respondent authority decided to construct the road then alternate premises be made available to the petitioner.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Corporation submits that as of now the Corporation has not taken any decision as apprehended by the petitioner. The Corporation would discuss this issue with the authorities of MIDC and thereafter in case the Corporation decides to take any action, the same would be done in accordance with law. The prior notice shall be issued to the petitioner well in advance. 3.

We direct the respondent authorities to act in accordance with statement made as above. Keeping rights of the parties open, Writ Petition stands disposed of.
