This is a second Anticipatory Bail Application filed stating that the change of circumstance is that the accused has not been arrested since July 2014 though the earlier Anticipatory Bail Application No.887 of 2014 was rejected by this Court on 18.7.2014. It is also submitted that the value of the hut which was burnt by the applicant/accused and the other accused is ready to pay the same amount.

The learned Prosecutor files an affidavit of the Investigating Officer Mr.Sunil Nigudkar, PSI attached to the Temburni police station, Solapur wherein it is stated that the police wants to arrest the applicant, however, he is absconding.

In view of this, no good ground is made to entertain this second Anticipatory Bail Application. Hence, the Anticipatory Bail Application is rejected.
