Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State, we deem it convenient to dispose of these petitions by directing the Tahasildar-Chiplun to decide the petitioner's representations dated 21st August, 2015 and 7th September, 2015, copies of which are annexed at "Exhibit C" and "Exhibit D" respectively to the petition as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly. 2.

In the light of the above order, the writ petitions stand disposed of.
