This petition is filed in respect of an FIR lodged at Parner police station, District-Ahmednagar. The case arising therefrom was being tried before the Special Court, Nashik. 2.

The learned Senior Advocate for the Petitioner, the learned counsel for the complainant and the learned Public Prosecutor for the State point out that a Special Court is now constituted at Ahmednagar and the case is being tried by the Special Court at Ahmednagar and the Special Court at Ahmednagar will fall within the jurisdiction of the Aurangabad Bench of this Court. Remark to that effect is placed by the Registry.

The learned Senior Advocate for the Petitioner states that in this petition, applications have been filed, various orders are passed, and therefore instead of filing a fresh petition, the present petition be transferred to Aurangabad Bench of this Court. For this the Respondents have no objection.

The Registry will take necessary steps for transferring this PRADIPKUMAR PRAKASHRAO DESHMANE petition to Aurangabad Bench of this Court.
