Even on the last occasion when the matter was called out, none appeared for the Petitioners. The papers were not available in the Registry and as a result, this Court had directed the Petitioners on 10th December, 2018 to supply a complete set of papers to the Registry within four weeks. The Court had made it clear that if papers were not supplied, the Court would proceed on the basis that the Petitioners were not interested in pursuing the present petition and consider dismissing the petition for want of prosecution. The papers have not been produced by the Petitioners and none appears to show cause or seek extension of time. 3.
