This is an application for fixing an early date of hearing of the Writ Petition. Petition is of the year 2009. The applicants No. 1 & 2 are aged 75 and 79 years respectively. Looking to the fact that the Writ Petition is of the year 2009 and the age of the parties, I am inclined to fix hearing of this Writ Petition at early date.
