Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition as an alternate remedy of an appeal is available. Therefore, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn. However, the fact of pendency of this petition as filed on 15 January 2014 against the impugned order dated 14 October 2013 and that the matter was pending in this Court shall be taken into consideration by the Appellate Authority while considering condonation of delay.
