P.C.

.

2.

This is an application for condonation of delay of 187 days in filing the Civil Revision Application.

3.

Mr.Chavan strongly opposed this application on the ground that no sufficient cause is made out. For the reasons stated in the application which are not controverted. I am satisfied that the Applicants have made out sufficient cause for condonation of delay more so when delay is of 187 days. Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b) with no order as to costs. Hence Civil Application disposed of.
