It has been pointed out by the learned APP that the respondent no. 2 has given intimation that she wants to be represented through legal aid. In view of this, this Court appoints Advocate Ms.Meghna Gowalani to represent respondent no. 2.

The trial is proceeding. The accusations are serious. I find that the applicant has not misused his liberty when he was enlarged on temporary bail for a limited duration. As trial is proceeding, I am not inclined to entertain the application at his juncture. 3.

The bail application is allowed to be withdrawn. Liberty to 1/2
