On hearing the Petitioner, we are inclined to dispose of the present contempt petition, as a statement is made by the learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents that the post on which the Petitioner is seeking to be promoted, has been abolished in September 2008 itself. Therefore, the order dated 10 June 2008, as passed and which is the subject matter of this contempt petition, in any way, cannot be implemented. Therefore, there is no intention of the Respondents concerned, not to comply with the order.

In view of the above, we are inclined to dispose of the present contempt petition, as there is no case made out for issuing any notice in the
