This is an application for bail filed by the applicant apprehending his arrest in Crime No.116 of 2015 registered with Sanjay Nagar Police Station, Sangli, for offences punishable under Section , 364, 364A, 302 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the State.

The records prima facie reveal that the motor cycle belonging to the applicant was used for commission of the crime. The pps

909 ba 74-16.doc investigation is at preliminary stage. The learned APP has submitted that the investigation would be completed within 25 days and the chargesheet would be filed.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, the application is dismissed with liberty to the applicant to file fresh application after filing of the chargesheet.
