The petitioner shall file undertaking to this Court within two weeks from today that the vehicle bearing registration No.MH-15 G-9440 of TATA-407 make shall not be put to use in greater Mumbai upon the said vehicle being released to it.

The petitioner shall pay an amount of Rs.25,000/- towards fine with respondent No.2 i.e. Regional Transport Office, Wadala for having violated the order of this Court dated 3rd March 2004.

Upon compliance of the aforesaid conditions, respondent No.2 shall release the vehicle bearing registration No.MH-15 G-9440 to the petitioner.

The petition is accordingly disposed of in the above terms. No order as to costs.
