The learned Advocate for the Applicant states that despite written request made to the Applicant and also the Advocate representing the Applicant before the trial Court as well as Appellate Court, the Applicant is not coming forward to give instructions in the matter. A copy of the letter dated 30th August, 2017 along with the acknowledgment is tendered in Court. In view thereof, it appears that the Applicant is not interested in pursuing with the above Misc. Civil Application. The Court is therefore, constrained to dismiss the above Misc. Civil Application for want of prosecution. Order accordingly.
